MARCH 30th

What a beautiful weekend we had for the Lollipop Shoppe round two photos!!! I can’t believe it didn’t rain! I will post those later in the week. Today was the first day of Cumberland Dance Academy photos and it went perfect! Well organized as always and the girls are great!

Right now I have to post these pix of my girls. I think they are feeling a little neglected right now because things are so busy (or maybe it’s just that I feel guilty ) anyhoo here are some shots for ya.

MARCH 26th

MARCH 21st

I’m beat!!! What a day we had at the Lollipop Shoppe!!! Thank you parents for being on time and ready to go. The kids were great, the rabbits were… not as good as the kids. We had two bully rabbits in the bunch and they picked on the smaller bunnies. Needless to say they had to be separated. We stuck with the same two mild mannered bunnies all day and the poor things were exhausted by 3:00. Thank you, Liz, Amy and my wonderful assistant Sara B. (aka the bunny wrangler). I will try to post some of these pics by the end of the week. In the meantime here are some pictures of the family vacation we just returned from. Josie and I have been dying to learn how to snowboard so we packed up and headed to Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Shea is in school so he bowed out, but Hatty and Gray (my mom and dad) went with us.

This is Josie’s first friend ever, Mr. Carter Spires. He and his mom Gena (i miss her so much) met us there for one day of boarding. Josie and Carter were like peas and carrots until they moved to Johnson City. It was good to hang out with them for a day!

We ventured over to Boone one afternoon. What a great town! Here are the girls at the old Boone drugstore which has been there since 1919.

Josie is obsessed with the movie Coraline. If you have seen it you will remember the pink palace. On the way home we found it!! Check it out!

MARCH 13th

MARCH 8th

Here we are into March. The buttercups are blooming and it seems like things have become a bit greener overnight. As I write, the breeze is blowing in through the open doors and the girls are playing outside. I think I am ready for Spring.

Celebrations magazine ( here in the Upper Cumberland) has their next issue coming out soon. I thought I would give you a sneak peek at the cover (minus the title). Dean said he would like something celebrating Mardi Gras so here is the result-

It was drizzling rain that day and this was shot in front of an old shed out at White Plains golf course.It stopped raining long enough to get the shot! Thank you Jill Williams for the use of your fabulous face.
