HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Well we made it back from Chicago! It was a fun trip! It was a whirlwind trip but we managed to pack in; The Art Institute, Millennium Park, cloud gate,an architectural boat tour of the city,skydeck at the Sears Tower and shopping the Magnificent (and extremely overpriced) Mile. Here are just a few highlights..

Check out these miniature rooms they had on display at the Art Institute. They were amazing!! All of the pieces were hand made and the detail was unbelievable!!

Each little room was about 2 feet by 2 feet and themed differently.

Here is just a shot i grabbed while riding in the taxi.

Places to eat while you are there….Gino’s pizza, Wiener Circle, Gibson’s and The Tempo Cafe. The food was awesome!! Our hotel was pretty awesome too. We stayed at Sofitel right down town.

Okay enough Chicago! How about some Callahan kids for you. I should be blogging all of the weddings and appointments i have done recently but i have to get my girls in there. I went out to do a shoot about a week ago and thought that i would do Josie and Millie’s picture real quick for our Christmas card. Age 2, A breeze to shoot. Age 11 not so much. Here’s what i got.

At this point i was threatening Josie’s life. 

“Jo, i’m taking your ipod away!”
